NOTE – This is a SPECULATIVE planning application – it is outside of the South Gloucestershire Local Plan process (the land is not earmarked for development in the draft Local Plan) and is on Green Belt land.

The Parish Council responded to the initial consultation on this proposed development expressing serious concerns. The Parish Council will discuss its response to the formal planning application at its next meeting on Monday 8th December, 7pm at Westerleigh Village Hall. Members of the public welcome.
